Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting B2B sales and customer service activities via phone / email
• Manage leads from automated lead generation programs and websites
• Cold calling new prospect accounts and developing new business opportunities
• Maintaining regular follow up contact with accounts
• Mandatory use of CRM tool (Microsoft Dynamics)

Who we are looking for

• Self-motivated, able to work in a dynamic work environment, team player with a positive attitude
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Excellent phone manner and easily able to build rapport
• Well organized with the ability to set priorities and schedules and coordinate multiple projects
• Able to read and interpret relevant documents such as product specifications, technical and procedure manuals
• Interested in smart electronic products

Experience:

• Previous B2B sales experience (1 year)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Dynamics
• Experience in sales in the smart hospitality products industry preferred
